Is Saturday a working day for Bank of America? ›

Bank of America branches are typically open on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Some branches open later at 10 a.m. and close earlier at 4 p.m. On Saturdays, branch hours usually follow a schedule of 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., with some closing later at 4 p.m. However, some branches are closed on Saturday. ATMs are open 24/7.

Disputing a transaction

Bank of America will cancel your debit card(s) and issue a new one. You will need to complete and return the Transaction Dispute Form within 120 calendar days of the original transaction date.

All email we send to you contains authentication markers (such as a digital signature), which help your email provider or software determine whether or not it is junk mail. If an email appears to be from Bank of America but ends up in your junk email folder, leave it there.

Deposits made to a Bank of America account on a day that is not a business day (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) or after cutoff time on a business day will be processed for deposit on the next business day and generally available on the business day following the process date.
