Not the best when it comes to food combiningπŸ˜…, but a super delicious treat! βœ¨πŸ‘ŒπŸΌ

The layers are just made of bananas 🍌.. blended, spread on the trays of the dehydrator and dried for a few hours.

Ingredients

  • 3 bananas ripe
  • 1/2 coconut
  • 1 cup nuts walnuts, cashews, hazelnuts, brazil nuts
  • 1/4 cup dates
  • 2-3 tbsp hempseeds

Instructions

  • Blend the bananas and put the mass on a sheet of your dehydrator

  • Dry the sheet for about 10 hours

  • Blend all the other ingredients until it’s a smooth mass

  • Spread it on one half of the dried banana sheet and put the other half on top

  • Cut it into little cubes and enjoy ! πŸ‘ŒπŸΌπŸ€—

  • 1 cucumber
  • 3 tomatoes
  • Β½ sweet pepper
  • 4 tbsp hempseeds
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • Β½ lemon the juice of it
  • 2 tbsp grape vinegar
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tbsp fresh herbs (oregano, basil)
  • 1 tbsp dried algae flakes

Instructions

  • Spiralize the cucumber or the zucchini and chop the kale into pieces.

  • Blend all the other ingredients until it’s a smooth mass.

This warm, creamy tomato soup is super light (almost fruitarian) but so delicious and satisfying! I love to top it with chili flakes and alfalfa sprouts, make it even more yummy!   • Β½ Hokkaido pumpkin
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 sweet pepper
  • 1 tbsp raisins

Instructions

  • Put all the ingredients into the blender and blend them until the soup is slightly warm! Add a little bit of water if you want the soup to be thinner!

  • We like to add anti parasitic ingredients into our fruitbased diet! Like onions, garlic and herbs! You can also add them or just continue with out them.. if you want the recipe to be fully fruitarian!

  • Chop the avocado (and the chili if you like to add a little bit spiciness - also anti parasitic and even fruitarian!) into slides

  • Fill the soup into a bowl and add the avocado (and chili)

  • 4 bananas ripe
  • 5-10 dates depends on how sweet you want the smoothie to be and on how big the dates are
  • 1-2 hands wild herbs stinging nettles, goosegrass
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp spirulina We like to add it sometimes but it's completely optional

Instructions

  • Go on a walk, get some movement and fresh air and find yourself some fresh wild herbs! Nettles do grow almost everywhere! Goosegrass is also very common. It's super sticky on your clothes and makes the smoothie super smooth!

  • Rinse the wild herbs with cold water

  • Blend all the ingredients until it's really smooth (the nettles take some time to smoothen)

  • Fill the smoothie into glasses and enjoy!
